Frequently Asked Questions
Is my contact information freely available on the Internet?
No, your information is available only to staff.
What information can other church members see about me?
By default, all church member information is hidden to other members. You can select in your profile to allow other members to see your address information in the directories.
Can I limit what information is shown?
Yes. By clicking on My Profile and then My Personal Preferences you can select exactly what to share with other church members.
Will this open me up to spam?
No. Since your data is only available to members of the church, spammers or bots will not be able to access your information.
Is my giving history private?

How do I update my information?
If you’ve moved, changed your phone number or e-mail address, you can update your record by clicking My Complete Profile and then clicking on the pencil icon.
How often is the information refreshed on NEBC Access?
It is updated weekly.
Why don't my contributions look right in My Giving History?
If you are missing recent gifts, they most likely have not posted yet. If you have other questions, please contact Rae Anderson .
Why am I unable to sign up for an account?
There are a few reasons that might prohibit you from successfully creating an account on NEBC Access:
(1) Only church members and their families can create accounts and (2) You must enter your first name, last name and email address exactly as we have them listed in our current records. If at first you don't succeed, try a different name or email. If you still have difficulties contact Rae Anderson .
Does everyone have the same access?
No. Some lay leaders and other members have different access levels based on their need to retrieve, edit, and update information.
