Women's Ministry

Felisa Conner

Felisa Conner became a part of the Northeast Bible Church Family in January 2010. She currently serves as Women’s Ministry Director, but has a history of serving the body of Christ since the age of 12. Her ministry roles have included Missions President, Youth Director, Sunday School Teacher, and most recently, Outreach and Missions Director.

A native of Shreveport, LA, her parents moved to Texas in 1971. Her spiritual roots were nurtured by her mother, Ella, as she taught her children to sing “Oh, How I Love Jesus” and how to pray as they all kneeled around the king sized bed.  A graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, Felisa is employed by the City of Garland, where she leads community engagement and outreach initiatives with diverse partners. She is married to Kevin and has two beautiful young adult daughters, Morgan and Chandler.

Felisa is overjoyed to be involved in Kingdom Business at NEBC. Regardless of the role God calls her to, she wants to have the same mind as Christ Jesus in John 8:29 “…The Father has not left me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” Her desire is to develop a heart that will always choose to please God above herself as she engages His people and points them to the Gospel.
